​Packaging: To export mandarins, they are packed in 10 or 15 kg cardboard boxes.

The number of tangerines that fit in a box depends on the weight of each one: A 100-200 g box of tangerines can contain between 35 and 70 pieces.

A 75-150 g box of tangerines can contain between 75 and 150 pieces.

Mandarins are mainly transported in cardboard boxes, standard boxes, half boxes, wire boxes and fruit boxes made of corrugated cardboard or wood.

They are also sometimes transported in mesh bags.
